• Rates are for two (2) persons , per night

• Single room rate: 90% of double occupation
• Check in: 15:00 Check out: 11:00 (changes possible upon availability)

• For late check out or day use until 18:00 there is an extra charge of 50% of daily cost
• (4) four nights of minimum stay (different upon request and availability)
• Smoking indoors is not allowed
• Due to the nature of the residence we do not accept children under 12 years old
• Pets are not allowed

Booking policy and cancellation
• 30% deposit is required for booking confirmation and balance payment 15 days before arrival.
• In case of cancellation prior to 60 days before arrival the deposit is refundable or can be used for next booking.
• In case of cancellation after 60 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
• In case of no-show or departure earlier than the scheduled date full amount of total cost will be charged
